Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Abu Dhabi orders usually arrive within 24 hours. The rest of the UAE takes 2–3 working days.

Is delivery free?
Yes, on all UAE orders over AED 200. Below that a flat delivery fee applies at checkout.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not yet. We're focused on the UAE while we grow.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on each product page. Measure at the fullest point with a soft tape, over light clothing. If you're between two sizes, take the smaller for a compressive fit and the larger for a relaxed one.

What if the size is wrong?
Your first size exchange is free. Message us and we'll arrange it — no forms, no restocking fee.

Do the pieces run true to size?
Most do. Where a style runs small or large we say so on the product page.

Returns

What's your returns policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once opened.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus buy-now-pay-later options and cash on delivery where available. Everything is priced in AED.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and we never see your card details.

Care

How should I wash my pieces?
Cold machine wash, inside out, with similar colours. No fabric softener — it coats technical fibres and reduces stretch recovery. Hang to dry, away from direct sun.
